Shreena guides people through the transition from protected healing to confident movement, using progressive rehabilitation to restore mobility, rebuild strength, and prepare for everyday life or sport.
As both a powerlifter and coach, Shreena brings practical experience to technique, programming, and confidence under the bar—helping lifters build strength intelligently and sustainably.

Shreena has been a physical therapist and personal trainer for more than eight years. After graduating from physical therapy school, she completed a cardiopulmonary residency in St. Louis and discovered a love for working in the cardiothoracic ICU. By day, she practiced physical therapy in the hospital, helping people learn to walk again after extended hospital stays and life-changing surgeries. By night, she worked with everyday people learning to move efficiently, build strength, and train with proper form.
That experience eventually led Shreena into outpatient care, where she now helps people recover from overuse injuries, surgery, and traumatic setbacks while rebuilding the strength and confidence needed to return to the activities they love.
Strength is also an important part of Shreena’s life outside the clinic. She is an accomplished competitive powerlifter with multiple state and national titles to her name. Her firsthand experience as both an athlete and coach gives her a practical understanding of what it takes to progress safely, train with purpose, and become genuinely strong.
Outside Ascent, Shreena enjoys exploring Alaska’s hiking trails or curling up with a good work of fiction. If you’re looking for someone who can help you return to your passions—and perhaps discover how strong you’re capable of becoming—Shreena would love to hear from you.
